Run analysis is a 60 minute gait analysis.   Using video to analyze running is so valuable.  You will get some drills and tips to work on your gait and cadence.  The goal is to not change your natural run form but see if there are any asymmetries or movements that can be improved by working on mobility, strength and movement coordination.  Run Analysis Valued at $200. You save $75.  In person or virtual.

Run Strong is being released Monday March 17th and new workouts will drop weekly for 8 weeks. There will be three 20 minute workouts per week. You can sign up anytime and access all the workouts.

The workouts can be done before or after runs.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

  • Resistance Bands - looped and long

  • Dumbbells/Kettle bells

  • Step, chair or box you can step on.

  • Mat, sliders
