PHYSICAL THERAPY

Make a plan to get back to doing what you want to do; or JUST do it better.

What to Expect with this new PT model

  • Evaluation

The 60 minute evaluation provides ample time to establish a relationship as we review the current and past history, perform a physical evaluation, provide manual treatment and create a plan. You will head home with a digital exercise plan, self mobilization skills (if needed) and a goal for the next visit. And most importantly, a plan of what to expect during your time working with Hilary.

  • Follow up Visits

The 60 minute follow ups are designed to re-assess the plan and see how the treatment is affecting symptoms and/or strength. Expect manual treatment (joint mobilization, dry needling, soft tissue techniques), strength, mobility and a revised home program.

  • Ready for the next time

The next time you have an ache or pain that starts to slow you down or you sustain an injury we can jump back in. The best part of this model has been able to keep an established relationship with the patient - I know how you responded to care the first time so we can treat even more effectively.
