Want to learn how to break down the skills of running and get more efficient?
ROAD or MOUNTAIN/TRAIL
The Running Efficient session is designed to teach you about the running form, work on drills and skills to get you moving forward and give you tools to learn more about this sport that we all love so much.
This is a great way to start and focus your ‘offseason’ running. Or if winter is your time to ramp up training, then why not run more efficiently?
WHAT TO EXPECT:
PRE SESSION HOMEWORK
Record video of yourself running and send into Hilary (instructions will be provided) ]
Watch a couple of short videos.
IN-PERSON SESSION:
a quick screen for strength/mobility or if there is an injury
Video analysis of pre-session video.
Short information session/lecture.
Running outside to work on specific skills and drills. OR If you are a mountain runner - we can work on efficiencies when climbing and descending.
Video analysis.
POST SESSION:
Email with analysis of session.
Strength or mobility work per the screen during session
