Teaching groups about how their bodies interact with their sport, activity or job is one of Hilary’s favorite things to do. The power to understand more about how your body moves and reacts to the task at hand can give the participant more autonomy and information.

RUNNING: run clubs, school teams, run retreats

SKIING: downhill ski teams, ski groups and backcountry ski communities
