Run Strong Rehab (Run Strong + 3 visits)

A 4 visit package to evaluate and provide additional or more specific exercises to the run strong program.  Run analysis and specific assessment for the type of running you do.  Ie. Mountains, hills, roads, etc. This is great for someone who has a current or recurring run related injury.  My goal is to keep you running in some capacity while we work to heal and treat the pain or muscle imbalance.   

3 Visits Valued at $450. In person or virtual. 

Run Strong is being released Monday March 18th and new workouts will drop weekly for 8 weeks. There will be 3 20 minute workouts per week. You can sign up anytime and access all the workouts.

I am changing the format slightly this year with 3 20 minute workouts instead of the 2 45 minute workouts. I find that the required strength for runners can be done successfully with shorter but consistent workouts. These workouts will be great if you are just getting back into running after the winter, already running consistently or are just getting into running.

If you are signing up early - you will be added to the sign up list and will receive an email in March with more details about how to log into the course page when it opens on March 18th.

More details to come but in order to prepare, you will need bands, light weights (or heavy household objects) and can perform these workouts at home successfully.
