When you are running, do you ever think about where your energy is going or where it is coming from? This isn’t about getting fitter, it’s about understanding how you move as a runner and how your body is producing power.
This will be a course that makes you think about how you run, learn exercises that improve efficiency and use cadence to decrease load on the body.
You will get a run analysis, pre/post course testing and structured run workouts to do between classes.
