This workshop is designed to teach you about how the body is being loaded and stressed when mountain biking. If you ever wonder how to get stronger for biking, the first step is to see how the body works when biking (body positions, pedaling, etc) and the external stresses put on the body (ie. slope, gravity).
It will be a combination of lecture, demonstration and a few key exercises to start to do if you want to be more efficient, strong and stable when mountain biking.
This is appropriate for all levels. Anyone doing a considerable amount of enduro or enjoy the downhills this will be really informative. And all of you who love to go rip single track and get a good workout
