POWDER HOUR - JACKSON
IN PERSON
This is an 8 week in-person course that takes place at my studio in Jackson NH. The class meets 2x/week starting the week of October 13th.
You will also get the online version to supplement during and after the course ends.
The classes are an hour long.
Tuesday/Thursday at 6 pm
Tuesday/Thursday at 7:15 pm
Wednesday/Friday 7 am
Wednesday/Friday 8:15 am
COST: $250 or $400 a couple
POWDER HOUR - NORDIC
I have changed my plan for nordic this year - in the the past, the workouts have been pretty similar to the standard PH with just a few different exercises specific to nordic.
I am going to make a NORDIC ‘supplement’ so if you want to get a few extra exercises that are nordic specific, select the ‘nordic supplement’ box in the form when you check out of whatever other course you sign up for.
And it will be just as great as previous years!!
